WINERY

The beginning was made with a lot of passion, love and a small vineyard. In 2006, always having the necessary respect for the natural environment, we started to cultivate our vines, applying systems of integrated management and organic cultivation.

In 2009, we created the privately owned winery, which acquired the form of a sole proprietorship, with the main activity of wine production. Its goal is the production of quality wines, with the characteristics of the microclimate of the region.

Vinification takes place in stainless steel fermentation and stabilization tanks, with a controlled cooling system. After fermentation, the wine is taken to the underground cellars for aging, and placed in French oak barrels, selected for the appropriate vinification of each variety.

Visit

The winery is open to visits by wine lovers, but also by everyone who wants to get to know the magical world of wine up close.
The visit includes a short tour of the vineyard, as well as a guided tour of the production, bottling, and aging areas. . The visitor also has the opportunity to taste the Estate's wines in a special room. The winery is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., other hours and days by appointment. Communication can be done in Greek and English.
